The Ambulance was made in Brazil, in order to assist children between 0 to 6 years of age in a specific educational and health program named "Healthy Day Care" (Creche Saudavel).
his program began in 2001, with the Public Health Care Department of the city of Santos in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Doing a survey about the kids in the Public Day Care programs of the city, the results showed sub-nutrition in 36% of the children, levels C and D, and also 32% with irregular vaccination table, or even vaccine absence.
